Support over the internet
If your problem is on a computer that has an active internet connection and can access the internet, then please take a look at the options I offer below, as these will be of higher interest to you. The options are as follows:
Now if you do not have an active internet connection on the affected computer, or do not want to use a computer, then below are your options for support:
Note that some options require certain things such as Adobe Flash. Options 1 and 2 (in the list of options that require an active internet connection) are services that are performed on a 3rd party site and I can not be held responsible for what that site contains. I hold a one on one meeting with you and the connection is secure. The 3rd party site is owned by Adobe, Inc.
- Remote Desktop: I can either show you my screen so you may see how to do something, or I can [with your authorization] remotely control your computer and work out the problem from there. First 5 minutes are FREE!
- Online Voice/Video/Text Chat: I can communicate with you online through a 1 on 1 chat of any type. Video chat which utilizes a webcam to display video (like new hardware or the broken device!). Voice chat which allows verbal communication through the use of microphones. And text chat which is the most basic and only requires having a keyboard. First 5 minutes areFREE!
- Skype: If wanted to use Skype to chat I have the ability! First 3 minutes are FREE!
- Yahoo! Messenger: Yes I also have that ability as well!
- MSN/Windows Live Messenger: I have this too.
- AIM: If you still use this, I can communicate this way too though only if you should insist.
- Windows Meeting Space: Well, If you know about it and are moderately skilled, then yes this can be used as it is OEM.
Now if you do not have an active internet connection on the affected computer, or do not want to use a computer, then below are your options for support:
- Communicate via text messaging: If you would like to but note that I send messages through PC. Standard messaging rates apply.
- Communicate via smartphone/Android applications: Depending on your device, I may or may not be able to support this option because of the many devices out there. I only use Android and as such, if your preferred application is not available for it, I can not use it. If you give me the name of the application and the device (Android, BlackBerry, WebOS, etc...) you are using, I may see if I can use it. Note that this may be time-consuming and thus may cost more.
- Communicate over the phone: This option is very simple and easy. For more details, click here.
